Simplify things, remove terms like "Navy" or "Deluxe" or use a specific product short code

Use so-called wild cards. Rubb* will find both rubbish and rubber.

Use logical operators "lazy days" (phrase) +hammock (must include) -deluxe (must exclude). Can be used in combination with wildcards.
