All links within ecomonkey are checked automatically, and broken links are normally fixed very quickly.

Participating retailers can and do change their products, shuffle them around, rename them and sometimes without letting us know! We apologise for this, and we try our best to keep on top of it.

In these cases you CAN continue to shop as you would normally with the retailer and we'll try and match your purchases later, assuming you are collecting points.

We'll also try and fix the links at our end to make sure they point where you expect them to point.

If the retailer is updating their website, we are updating ours, or the relationship has terminated (this can happen for reasons beyond our control) the you may hit the dreaded Dead Merchants Page, worse than the Products Not Found page:
