We use a wide range of published sources to form our own view of a company, retailer or brand. We also take a look at what the company itself has to say, how it goes about reporting and builds sustainability - or not - into its business processes.
We've also created our very own internet research tool on the back of Google co-op, which is free to use, which we use to help us track down company information, plaudits & criticisms.
