TWAT on organic cotton.

An updated version on last year`s runaway success of a shirt. The fact that it is on an organic T-shirt is ironic as it is possibly the only time our delightful subject can be described as natural.

This shirt pretty much sums up poor Amy. The fact that she is also the best star we have to offer is pretty much indicative of the fact that we love a junkie - as long as they can sing. On organic soft cotton which doesn`t hurt your nipples.

Brewed from a well situated below St Peter`s Hall and made from local East Anglian Malts and British Hops these are real traditional beers. The case contains St Peter`s Best Bitter, Golden Ale, Organic Ale and a Ruby Red too.

A dynamic Merlot, produced in the spirit of the `Viñedos Orgánicos Emiliana`, an innovative project to develop organic viticulture in Chile. Deep cherry-red in colour, it shows intense strawberry and raspberry aromas, subtly lifted by notes of chocolate and cream. Made from half a hectare of organically farmed, 60 year old Chardonnay vines the 2004 is now beginning to spread its wings. With an expressive nose of greengage, chalk and hot buttered toast, the palate is classic puligny with nervy acidity, broad chardonnay character and a fine, lean, long finish. This is a serious bottle of wine which will continue to improve, drink it with white fish in a beurre blanc (or similar) sauce over the next 6 years.

Chapoutier have been producing wines in the Rhône Valley since 1808 and can be instantly recognized today by their use of Braille on their labels! This stunning Syrah-Grenache blend balances spicy morello cherry fruit and an elegant structure - could easily be mistaken for Châteauneuf-du-Pâpe!

From very old organically farmed vines high up in the Agly valley comes this offering from Gerard Gauby, arguably the premier vigneron of the Rousillon. Grown at an altitude of 450-600 metres helps to give this wine perfect harmony and balance due to the long ripening season. Showing notes of blackberry, Asian spices, grilled meats and well integrated oak the palate is full and complex yet elegant.
