The "Do"s first

. Use simple search using only one or 2 keywords. Try e.g. "carrots".

. Use the green filter bars to narrow down a search - e.g. click on retailers and click to your retailer of choice.

. Search directly for retailers and brands. Try e.g. "John Lewis".

. Shop by Retailer. This is a lot quicker than browsing categories for the whole catalogue.

. Shop by Brand. Ditto.

. Login to collect green points.

. Click through separately to buy multiple items. We are working on a basket concept, but not available quite yet.

. Ask questions. Confused or can't find something, just Ask Ecomonkey.

The "Don't"s

. Clicking that "browse products" breadcrumb selects everything.

. Enabling Product navigation (registered users) is slow. That sucks, we know.

. Do complicated searches, unless you wrap each %keyword% with the percent symbol.

. Forget to sign up or sign in before you buy. (We said this already, but no harm in repeating.)

. Expect things to work automagically, although when they do celebrate it!

. Despair or keep problems to yourself! We want to know. We need to know to make things better. Ask Ecomonkey
