When you buy from a participating partner, they won't pass on to us more information about your purchase than is required to operate the ecomonkey programme - normally restricted to what you bought, the price and when.

The participating partners may use information about your purchases with them and this is subject to their own terms and conditions, not ours.

Any information that we collect relates specifically to goods or services that we receive commissions for and may be used by us for a number of purposes including and not restricted to market research, analysis and email marketing.

We may also use that information and share it with participating partners at a general level only, but only so we can use it to identify offers that we think will interest you, and then only with your consent. Participating partners won't be able to use that information to directly market their services to you outside of our programme.

The majority of the shopping opportunities and services are made available via relationships with third party websites. The Programme is not responsible for changes or variations to collecting opportunities due to changes by third party companies, nor are we responsible for any inaccurate information or communications via a participating website or company. Nor are we responsible for the content or privacy polices of these sites and third party advertisers, nor for the way in which information about their members is treated.

We reserve the right to change our policies as needed, but undertake to always keep users posted of such developments.
